These Terms govern your use of this website and your coaching subscription. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them.

2. The Service
We provide personal training and nutrition coaching, delivered through personalised exercise and nutrition plans, direct messaging with your coach, and account tools to track your progress. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Exercise and nutrition plans provided through this platform are general coaching guidance, not medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury or are pregnant. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or health complications arising from your use of a plan provided through this service.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated on the plan you choose) via our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change before it applies to your next billing cycle.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer subscribing from within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, under Greek Law 2251/1994 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Because coaching is a service that begins as soon as your plan is prepared, by subscribing you expressly request that we begin performance during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw after we have started, you acknowledge that you owe us a proportionate amount for the service already provided up to the point you tell us you're withdrawing, and the right of withdrawal ends entirely once the service has been fully performed. 6. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately: your access to the coaching dashboard ends immediately and we do not provide a refund for the remaining days of the billing period already paid for, except where the right of withdrawal above applies.
7. Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. One account is for your personal use only.
8. Content & Intellectual Property
The plans, articles and materials we provide are for your personal use while subscribed and may not be redistributed, resold or published elsewhere without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
11. Dispute Resolution
We'd rather resolve a problem directly — contact us first at the email address above. As a Greek consumer, you may also refer a dispute to the Consumer's Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή), an out-of-court dispute resolution body, at synigoroskatanaloti.gr .
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
